CitiTap Group Enters a New Chapter: Six Divisions, One Standard of Delivery

CitiTap Group leadership marking the company’s new chapter

Ask anyone who has delivered a large project in Nigeria and they will tell you the same thing: the hardest part is rarely the work itself. It is the coordination. That is exactly the problem CitiTap Group set out to solve when we brought our operations together under one integrated structure — six specialised divisions, one standard of delivery.

What Is CitiTap Group Today?

CitiTap Group is an integrated Nigerian enterprise operating across solar energy, logistics, real estate, project management and procurement, capital advisory, and community development through the CitiTap Foundation. Rather than running six loosely connected businesses, we operate one company with six deep specialisations.

Why does that matter? Because infrastructure problems rarely arrive one at a time. A developer building a housing estate needs materials delivered, power installed, facilities managed and capital structured — often in the same quarter. With an integrated group, those conversations happen across one table rather than four procurement cycles.

Six Divisions, Explained in Plain English

  • CitiTap Energy Solutions — solar and hybrid power systems, engineered end to end.
  • CitiTap Logistics — haulage, fleet management and supply chain coordination across all 36 states.
  • CitiTap Real Estate — property acquisition, development, leasing and facility management.
  • Project Management & Procurement — planning, supervision and audit-ready procurement.
  • Capital Investment & Advisory — investment readiness, grant sourcing and investor matchmaking.
  • CitiTap Foundation — education, health, agriculture and empowerment programmes.

Why an Integrated Structure Beats a Vendor List

Nigeria’s infrastructure deficit is estimated at over $100 billion annually according to the African Development Bank, and closing it demands organisations that can execute across sectors, not just within them.

When one group owns the energy audit, the material supply, the haulage and the project supervision, accountability stops being a negotiation. There is no “that was the other contractor’s scope”. There is one phone number, and it is ours.

What Changes for Our Clients

Practically, very little — and that is the point. Existing engagements continue with the same teams. What clients gain is easier access to adjacent expertise: a logistics client can commission an energy audit without onboarding a new vendor; a property investor can pull our advisory team into a financing conversation the same week.

Internally, the divisions now share standards: one quality framework, one reporting cadence, one code of conduct. Delivery discipline is no longer a departmental habit; it is group policy.

Where We Go from Here

Over the coming months we will be publishing division deep-dives, project announcements and honest lessons from the field right here on News & Insights. Expect fewer press-release platitudes and more of what actually happens on Nigerian project sites — the good, the difficult and the fixable.

In short, CitiTap Group is betting that integration, done properly, is Nigeria’s fastest route to reliable infrastructure. Want to see how the six divisions could work for your next project? Start the conversation — we would genuinely like to hear what you are building.
